What Is a CP12 Certificate?
A CP12 certificate (also known as a Landlord Gas Safety Record) is a legal document issued after a qualified Gas Safe engineer has inspected all gas appliances, flues and pipework in a rental property. It confirms that your property meets current gas safety standards and is safe for occupancy.
